Brittany & JR | Newport, RI | August 14, 2021

Brittany and JR had the quintessential Newport, RI wedding - a beach ceremony with a reception to follow in the beach house. I had first met Brittany and JR during their engagement session in the Spring. Not only are engagement sessions fun and give you an opportunity to meet your photographer, but they give you great posing practice for your wedding day! Of course, they brought along their beloved dog, Jagger, so I got to meet him, too! I don’t want to say there was a star of the show other than Brittany on their wedding day… but Jagger was a close second!

Both sides of the family were so friendly and accommodating, the whole day went super smooth! From starting the day at the house where Brittany grew up for some getting ready photos and a quick first look with Dad, to shooting over to the venue where the guys were ready for their portraits, all the way through Hawaiian shirts on the dance floor, it was a great day!
